About Stereo Sex

The possibility of StereoSex forming started back in 2005 when John met bass player, Peter at community college freshman year where they had several classes together. The two always talked about jamming and ended up parting ways at the end of the year. John and Peter fatefully met up again at Northern Illinois University a year later and started jamming. Then John met drummer, Joe when he roomed with him in 2007. John and Joe ultimately decided to start a band in late 2008. John and Joe didn't have to look far for a bass player when Peter joined StereoSex in early 2009. They are currently writing their first album and hope to have a demo recorded shortly

I have heard that Chicago City Limits is a good bar in Schaumburg and there is also a place called Kryptonite in Rockford. You may also want to check if LT's in Rockford is having bands play lately.
