My bid of $5 per thousand impressions was not enough to get the ad to display. I raised the bid to $10 and the ad is currently winning the auction and getting impressions. I am up to 87 impressions for $.04. The estimated CPM is currently $.43.

Does the bid amount *include* the click-thru's as well?

I learned a lot by doing all of this. Right now I can tell you that the cost of advertising on Naked Hits is as low as $.10 per 1,000 impressions.. that's right.. you can have your ad seen by 1,000 people in your target audience for $.10! As an advertiser you get to choose your daily budget and decide the maximum amount that you are willing to spend on your campaign. Your ads are then shown to people in the target audience of your choice. You can target your customers by demographic information such as age, gender, county of origin or even by U.S. cities!
