This is one example of a Naked Hits blog post that uses the split post feature of Windows Live Writer. This is a really easy way to add photos to your blog and resize them, change your font sizes, colors and alignment, add hyperlinks and video without having to upload anything directly to the site or mess with html code.

Now you can add widgets to your personal blog page! I will show you how.
Widgets are used to add cool stuff to your blog page like photos, video, music or other applications. My favorite place to get widgets is widgetbox.com. You can use their free widgets in the widget gallery. All you have to do is grab the code and then put it into your blog page. You can also learn to make your own custom widgets. Right now I will show you how to add a widget using the Naked Girls Radio player. If you want to have the radio playing from your page then here you go!
1. Sign in to Naked Hits
2. Click Manage Blogs
3. Click on your blog's name (if you don't see it click ALL to the right of the alphabet list.- If you STILL don't see it please ask me for help).
4. Click Change How Your Blog Looks.
5. Click the tab that says Sidebar.
6. Scroll down to the section for your sidebar widgets.
7. From the drop down menu on the right: select Widgetbox Widget
8. Click the Add Item button.
9. Scroll through the list of widgets and again and find the Widgetbox Widget and then click (Configure)
10. Paste the Embed Code into the box and add a title for your widget or leave it blank.

11. Click Save.
12. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Apply Changes.
It seems like a lot, but once you have done it a few times it will be really easy. Your Naked Girls Radio widget will now show up on your blog page. Scroll up to the top of the next page and click Go to Blog to see the widget on your blog page.
You can also remove widgets or arrange them in any order from the sidebar widgets list area. You can see what the Naked Girls Radio should look like on the right column of this page.
You can easily add color and fun to your blog posts directly from the site! All it takes to do this with your font...is a simple adjustment when you edit your profile! Go to edit profile from your public profile page when you are signed in and then click the tab that says site options. Then from the content editor drop down menu click enhanced. After that click save at the bottom of the screen. If you would like to add a video you can do that as well from your blog editor page.
You are blogging so that other people can find out about you so it's a good idea to make it easy for them to find you by linking to you Naked Girls Community personal page. First find the link for your personal page. You can do this by logging in to the community. Then you will need to look for your name at the upper right corner of the site. Click on your name and it will take you to your personal page. If you look at the url for that page it will look something like this. http://nakedhits.com/members/Admin.aspx
The part of the url that says Admin will have your name there instead. Copy and paste your url. This is what you will use to link to your page. You can use it like that if you want by simply pasting it into your description for your blog.
To change your blog description click on MY STUFF on the purple navigation bar near the top of the site. Click MANAGE (your blog) and from the next page click GLOBAL SETTINGS on the left of the page. Lastly click TITLE, DESCRIPTION and NEWS. That is where you can change your description. Like I said you can paste the url http://nakedhits.com/members/Admin.aspx in there and click SAVE.
If you wish to hyperlink it so that people can easily click on it all you have to do is add a little extra code. Here is what it would look like:

You can also align your text right or left by adding code <div align="left"> with and ending </div> tag. or <div align="right"> with and ending </div> tag. (Your link will automaticlly default to the left if you do not add any <div> tags.

You will need to change your blog from the default setting and make it customized. To do this sign in and click MY STUFF on the purple navigation bar near the top of the site. Then click MANAGE _(YOUR BLOG)_. On the left of the screen you should now see several options... Click GLOBAL SETTINGS then CHANGE HOW MY BLOG LOOKS.
From there you will want to SELECT BLOG THEME. You can use any of the other blog templates available. You can modify any of these later.. once you pick one you will notice how your blog page changes.. Remember to save your changes at the bottom right after you have made your choice.
Next you will need to go to the option on the left of the page that says TITLE, DESCRIPTION and NEWS. Click the link.. It will give you some text boxes to add information to your blog page. This is where you should enter contact information like a link to your personal page, web site or email address ect. Put this info under the NEWS section. Then click SAVE. This will ensure that your contact info is easily accessible from all of your blog posts. This way people that find your blog on the web will know exactly how to find you.
Every time you blog, your entry is indexed by the search engines. When people search for certain keywords they find your blog rather than the community's web site. You will want to talk about yourself as much as you can in your blog and be as descriptive as possible. Your blog brings fans directly to YOU that are looking for you and only you.
If you describe yourself as having blond hair for example.. people that are looking for blonds are more likely to find your blog... if you put that in your blog. People looking for redheads or brunettes will find the girls that wrote about that in their blog. Blogs are amazing tools for self promotion as long as you know how to use them properly.

You can start writing your blog by clicking on the CONTROL PANEL link at the top of the site after logging in. Then select MANAGE BLOG. If you do not see an area to manage your blog then you may have been signed up before blogs automatically came with the user accounts. Contact ADMIN to get yours set up.
